Who I am…

Life experienced with a beginner’s mind

A seasoned seeker who discovers through curiosity, dance, and movement

Dedicated to observing, exploring, experiencing and learning

Continuously reflecting findings, approaches, and perceptions

I follow the tickling sensation of inner vitality, growth, and enlivenment, searching for its artistic expression

I listen to and honor what gives me ground for growth – nature, dance, community, and culture

Trying to find that intersection of all my passions

Embodying my story; life’s stories

About Me

Since 2006, I have continuously trained and practiced as a dance and movement therapist, dancer, and a performance artist working across community, health, and research through various mediums such as dance and movement, voice, fabrics, and choreography.

Improvisation and real time composition as frameworks have greatly influenced my movement practice as well as life, as it enables me to respond to a given moment, space, internal and external influences, expressed and grounded in embodiment and physicality.

My fascination with impermanence, changes in physical abilities, and anti-fragility is fed by my observation and research with my own body and constantly challenging it’s limits through movement. Developing a practice, where I delve into the body as a process, including all its memories, without anticipation of a particular outcome. I am not specializing in any particular movement practice or domain depending forms but nourishing a diversity, staying humble, and bringing out the best in myself and others.

I strongly aim to continue my research, to share and collaborate with other artists, to share embodied stories, and to continue creating solos, as well as to engage with communities. So much life to be lived… dynamically.
